A Collector Drone, also known as a Collector Trooper or Collector Light Infantry, was a subtype of the Collector husk employed by the Reapers as the main bulk of the Collector ground force. Possessing the most basic of kinetic barriers, the Collector Drone is usually armed with an SMG or assault rifle, utilizing their role as light infanty to move around the battlefield quickly and fluidly. Despite being a husk and lacking any actual combat tactics, drones are work together in groups to overwhelm an enemy position, and their weaponry is usually superior to anything possessed by their enemy and can use numbers and firepower alone to win a fight. Drones can also be possessed by a Reaper to augment their strengths for a period of time.
